At Pep Pal, we believe your health data is yours alone. We built this application with a local-first, privacy-by-design approach. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect (spoiler: almost none), how it's stored, and how it's protected.

1. Data Storage & Security

Pep Pal is a local-first application. All of your sensitive personal data—including dosage logs, weight logs, symptom tracking, lab results, and custom compound information—is stored locally on your device.

• Apple Keychain: We utilize Apple's secure Keychain to encrypt and protect sensitive data on your device.
• iCloud Sync: If you have iCloud enabled, your data securely syncs across your personal devices using Apple's encrypted iCloud infrastructure. We do not have access to this data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not operate central servers to harvest or monetize your health data. Specifically, we do not collect, transmit, or share:

• Your medication or compound logs.
• Your weight or health progress data.
• Your personal identification, unless you explicitly contact support and provide an email address.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Because your data is stored locally and in your personal iCloud, no third-party analytics or marketing agencies have access to your health logs.

4. Your Rights

Because your data is stored on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete your logs, export them as PDFs at any time, or uninstall the app to remove the data from your local device entirely.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
